Guillaume Roussel composes the soundtrack for the Apple TV series Carême, directed by Martin Bourboulon, Laïla Marrakchi and Matias Boucard.

“Carême” tells the incredible story of Antonin Carême, the world's first chef to rise from humble beginnings in Paris to become a master of the culinary arts in the early 19th century. While he is driven by a single goal - to become the world's most famous chef - his talent and ambitions attract the attention of renowned and powerful politicians, who turn him into a spy in the service of France. Determined to rise above his circumstances and fulfill his dream, Carême must choose between revenge or having it all - women, money, glory - but at what price: love? His life? His soul?
