The first episode of season 10 of L’Art du crime, “Renoir, la mort pour mémoire“, will have its preview screening at the Festival de la Fiction de La Rochelle. The special screening will take place on Saturday, September 19 at 3:00 PM at the CGR Le Dragon.

The original music is composed by Mathieu Lamboley.

Maud Verdier, a private detective specializing in art, collapses during a party held in honor of Renoir at an old guinguette on the banks of the Seine. At the crime scene, Antoine Verlay and Florence Chassagne find an old acquaintance, collector Catherine Dutilleul, a great admirer of Renoir. The investigation draws them into the work of the impressionist painter, and into the dark chapters of history.

Grande Ourse will be at the festival from September 15 to 20.
