Rone reveals the documentary, The whale and the musician, directed by Valentin Paoli, now in theaters. This remarkable journey is paired with the album Megaptera, a fusion of Rone’s distinctive electronic soundscapes and whale vocalizations captured during his voyage at sea.

By chance, composer Rone discovers that his music attracts cetaceans. Intrigued, he embarks with scientists to Réunion Island for an extraordinary journey to meet a humpback whale, for whom he creates a special composition. Out at sea, they begin a touching and unprecedented musical dialogue.
